On the basis of the Agreement on mutual cooperation concluded with Pavlodar Regional Administration within the frames of the social responsibility of the business the company participates in the implementation of the socially significant projects of the region, about KZT59 mm is allocated for these purposes annually.

A similar Agreement is concluded with Ekibastuz Town Administration. The company actively participates in the town social programs on employment assistance to unemployed people, disabled people, on youth support, on professional training. Annually over 1,000 people have their production practice in the company production facilities. 10 students of the town professional technical schools get name scholarships, four students of Ekibastuz higher educational institution have been given educational grants in heavy deficit specialties for the company.

Bogatyr Coal, LLP actively participates in the Public Association “To the Future of Ekibastuz”. The company allocates sponsorship assistance to the specialized children football school, works for redevelopment and landscaping of the town.

The annual participation of the company in the town charitable marathon is over KZT90 mm allocated to educational, physical culture institutions, social funds of the town and the region, to children, young people and other individuals.

The company has its own Zhasybay rest center, which consists of Karlygash health center and Beryozka rest home.

For the summer period of time over 2,5 thousand people have rest in the rest home, 1,300 children improved their health in the children center.

The company has its own sport and health complex, which consists of a football ground, 2 covered gymnasiums, exercise room, fitness room, tennis court, sauna with a swimming pool. 

Daily the sport and health complex is attended by over 120 people. There are the organized classes in such sport sections as football, mini-football, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, and fitness.
