The competence level increased

The active member of the Youth Public Movement of Bogatyr Coal LLP Vladimir Tyulin visited the capital by the invitation of Samruk Kazyna corporate university. There he met with young specialists of Zhas Orken program and conducted several actions with them as a consultant.

Zhas Orken program of JSC Samruk-Kazyna started last year. Out of 600 candidates-graduates, who graduated from Kazakhstani and foreign higher educational institutions by the bachelor course or magistracy program in 2016-2018, 20 specialists were selected. Currently they have the training in four profile companies of JSC Samruk-Energy. To increase the competence level of those young people social actions were arranged in socially important projects. The young specialists took part in them under the leadership of Senior Energy Dispatcher of the Operative and Dispatching Department of Chief Power Engineer Service of Bogatyr Coal LLP Vladimir Tyulin. In all the measures Vladimir got the assistance from Adil Abdikhanov, who had the first rotation of Bogatyr Coal LLP.

The trainees visited the veterans of the Great Patriotic war Nina Aleksandrovna Dragun and Vladimir Ivanovich Drovosekov, also went to see a needy family by the recommendation of the Club of Kindly Souls of Astana. They also visited the SOS children village and boarding home for animals. To each point of destination they did not come empty-handed. In response they received sincere surprise, positive emotions, words of thankfulness and, undoubtedly, huge experience in the organization and conduct of socially directed projects.
