She became the Best Young Specialist

Chief Technologist of Project Development Organization Department of Operations Development Service in Technical Direction of Bogatyr Coal LLP Kymbat Kurmangaliyeva became The Best Young Specialist in Mining Operations. This nomination was awarded to her by the results of the regional contest called Man of Labor.

The contest took place on April 26 in Pavlodar. It was organized by Department of Youth Policy Issues of Pavlodar region with the purpose to increase the prestige of working professions amongst youth and population and motivate young employees. 

The requests for participation were submitted by over twenty employees-active members of different regional enterprises at the age from 18 up to 29 years. Just ten of them could pass main stages and reach the final.

The contest participants had to pass an election of the competition commission, demonstrate creative acts and video-card My Work and Me and compete in the intellectual quiz on various areas of expertise. In the creative contest Kymbat presented her handicraft work – hand-tissued Baibishe-tokal carpet and performed an Irish dance skillfully. She answered the questions of the intellectual duel easily and became the possessor of the honorable rank "Best Young Specialist in Mining Operations". The employee of the coal mining company giving hopes and nine other winners of the contest were awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts.
