The movement uniting the young people

Beginning from 2003 with the purposes to contribute to the state youth policy Bogatyr Coal LLP has been successfully implementing its own youth program. The lead part in it is assigned to the United Youth Movement (UYM) formed that year with the support of the administration and the trade union committee of the coal mining enterprise. For the past years the movement created by the small group of enthusiasts headed by the young active member Yevgeniy Magula and with the active participation of Chief Specialist of Direction for Personnel and Social Policy Tamara Karpets added the representatives of very different professions and working specialties to its composition. For those years the composition of the body of movement active members has been renewed constantly, the accumulated experience was adopted by their successors. In different years the leaders of the UYM were A.Shaforostov, Z.Zhanmuldinova, B.Toretayeva, P.Baranov. Currently the youth movement is headed by Asylbek Nurgaliyev. Its own organizational structure, including the permanently acting Councils of Working Youth, was formed. The work performed by the UYM contributes to the social adaptation of young workers and specialists and their professional growth.
The main tasks of the united youth movement are:
- the increase of professional mastership and image of a working profession;
- the development of the creative initiative of the youth;
- the contribution to employment of youth, preservation and support of young personnel at the enterprise;
- the organization of cultural and massive work and leisure of youth,
- the propaganda of a healthy mode of life by the conduct of the sport and health events for youth;
- the resolution of labor and social problems of youth;
- the resolution of residential and household issues;
- the support of young families;
- the contribution to the professional growth of young specialists.
In accordance with the approved plan of work the members of the UYM take part in the organization and conduct of corporate events: competitions of professional mastership for the rank Best in Profession, ecological landing forces, actions called Say No to Garbage, Clean Shore on the territory of Zhasybay recreation center, and also in the beautification of the town and planting trees and bushes there.
The active members of the UYM became good friends for the pupils of Ekibastuz orphanage for minors and teenagers. Annually the young miners jointly with Nur Otan primary party organization hold a charitable new-year party, lay the generous dastarkhan for the children and present desired wishes for them during the celebration of Nauryz-meiramy, and organize a cognitive and entertainment program on the International Children Protection Day.
Preserving the old tradition of continuity of generations the young generation at Bogatyr Coal LLP has regular meetings with distinguished veterans, renders possible assistance to them.
The members of the united youth movement take an active part in the organization and conduct of holiday events devoted to the International Women's Day, Nauryz-meiramy, Victory Day, Miner's Day, Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The young people are very creative and enthusiastic preparing and conducting the games of the KVN (Club of the Smart and the Merry), Light your Star competition, the Autumn Ball.
The young Bogatyr employees achieve high results in the tournaments of the town, regional and republican level in various kinds of sport. In the partnership there are all the conditions created for going in for sport, there is its own sport and health complex, in the composition of which there is a football field, playground, heavy athletics training room, fitness room, lounge for playing table tennis, sauna with a swimming-pool, cloak-room with shower-rooms, playground with an artificial cover for playing big tennis. On the constant basis here there are competitions held in football, mini-football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and kazaksha-kures.
In its activity the united youth movement cooperates with the enterprise administration and trade union committee of the partnership closely and fruitfully. All the initiatives of the united youth movement get the all-round support.
