Operational safety is the priority

On the threshold of the month on Occupational Health and Safety in Bogatyr Coal LLP  the informational work concerning personnel’s compliance with rules of labor protection, industrial and fire safety was intensified. Nikolay Korsakov the General Director of Bogatyr Coal LLP accordingly instructed the heads of structural divisions of the Company at regular working meeting.    
Within the frame of this instruction the informative hour was hold at all the production sites, in workshops and departments, during which it was reminded to the personnel that strict adherence to the instructions and rules is the necessary condition, providing the safety of works. 
The requirements of normative legal documents and provisions in force were clarified in detail to the employees and actual examples were given for clear understanding of their main points. The Company staff is assured that the production process doesn’t tolerate irresponsibility and negligence that is why the meticulous abidance by the rules applied in the Company and discipline remain the main criteria for evaluation of the work of every employee. It should be noted that similar informative meetings with the members of labor collective of structural units of the company bear the regular character.
