With pancakes and in good mood

Marina Yakimova, Head of Public Catering Combine in Bogatyr Coal LLP believes that frying pan made of cast iron and good mood are the main components of good pancakes. About 40 kilos of delicious unchanging attributes of pancake week (Maslenitsa) baked for miners within the days of Maslenitsa week by company cooks serve as real evidence to that.       

Traditional pancakes or served with sour cream, with stuffing, filled with mushrooms, ham or pumpkin and etc. were on the holiday menu in company canteens and stayed the main “heroes” of ancient Slavic holiday signifying the end of winter. “On ordinary days we also serve pancakes for miners”, the cooks of the main company office canteen tell, “but for Maslenitsa we have baked much more pancakes”.                   

Particularly many pancakes were sold before the weekend. The workers of Bogatyr Coal were preparing to celebrate the last and most awaited day of Maslenitsa -  the Sunday of Forgiveness with all honors.
