The opportunities of purchasing lodgings

The employees of Bogatyr Coal LLP have an opportunity to purchase lodgings by the program of mortgage lending called 7-20-25.

With the purposes of implementing tasks of the first initiative called New Opportunities of Purchasing Lodgings for Each Family voiced in the message of President to the People called Five Social Initiatives of President by Decree of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 2018 #107 the Program of Mortgage Lending called 7-20-25 was approved giving New Opportunities of Purchasing Lodgings for Each Family.

Currently in Ekibastuz, within the frames of this program, the following lodgings are available: 21 one-room apartments (square - 43,3-44,6 m²), 36 two-room apartments (square - 50,4-53,2 m²) and 12 three-room apartments (square - 69,1-75,0 m²) in residential buildings at 66, 68 and 70, Energetikov Street. The cost of 1m² is 100 ths. tenge.
