From school to the mine

About forty pupils of the 9-12-th grades of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools from Taldykorgan, Shymkent and Pavlodar visited Ekibastuz miners.

Head of Social Development Department Vladimir Tyulin told about the work of the enterprise to the pupils-members of the regional cognitive expedition called Tugan elge tagzym. Watching the production process from the observation site the children were listening to Vladimir with pleasure on how black gold was mined by miners' hands. 

Prior to the visit to Ekibastuz the pupils visited Pavlodar cultural and leisure centers and archeological laboratories. On the forth, final day of their trip they will go to Aksu Ferro-Alloy Plant and Power Plant.

These points of destination for the children were selected purposefully. All of them learn in the grades with a chemistry and biology, and physics and mathematics bias. That is why the excursions to the enterprises of Pavlodar region can become crash for them, which can determine a choice of their future professions. What choice they will make - time will show. However, already now they can say with confidence the trip to the world largest coal mine left bright and unforgettable impressions in their memory.

For the whole time of study they will make such expeditions to all the regions of Kazakhstan.
