Celebrated by Bogatyr traditions

The main holiday of the miners - Miner's Day - will be remembered for long by the employees of Bogatyr Coal LLP as a bright event, which allowed them distracting from day-to-day life and routine work having taken a dive in the special atmosphere of festivity and rest simultaneously.

By the tradition on the threshold of the holiday the management and the trade union committee of the enterprise awarded over four hundred distinguished active employees of the company with departmental awards, letters of honor, letters of thanks and the rank Best Employee of the Company. Over fifty of them became the full knights of Miner's Glory award, and over twenty of them - of Labor Glory's award.

The solemn awarding ceremony lasted for several days at the enterprise. Bogatyr miners were also congratulated at the town level and in Astana. 17 Ekibastuz quests-miners received their awards in Astana from the hands of Vice-Minister of Energy Bolat Akchulakov, Chairman of the Board of JSC Samruk-Energy Bakitzhan Zhulamanov and Chairman of Kazakhstani Branch Trade Union of Power Engineers Orazbek Bekbas. Mechanic of Technological Transport Department Zhumash Zhumabekov was awarded with a governmental award - Yenbek Ardagery medal, Head of Shop of Railroad Equipment Maintenance Direction Saken Kaldybayev and Excavator Operator from Bogatyr coal mine Kanat Kairbekov were awarded with letters of honor of JSC Samruk-Energy. The owner of the letter of honor from Kazenergy association was Crane Operator from Major Construction Director Suleimen Tashimov; Traction Unit Operator from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department Vitaliy Alliluyev and Chief Specialist of Civil Defense and Labor Protection Zharas Tuleuov were awarded with letters of thanks from Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Thanks to the painstaking work of the creative beau-monde of Bogatyr Coal LLP from a number of representatives of Social Development Department and active members of the United Youth Movement the concert and entertainment program during the holidays turned out well, the spectators were delighted by it.

This year the familiar Bogatyr singers' voices of Aleksandr Tereshchenko, Aleksandr Yeremenko, Azamat Azdoyev, Damir Bekemirov, Aidarkhan Toleubayev, Nelli Shtraub, Zhanar Issenova, Diana Abenova, Koblan Mazhkenov, and Ruslan Musin were strengthened by the voices of earlier unknown singers in the company. At one of the events the first people in Bogatyr Coal LLP represented themselves as a boy band. General Director Rustam Sansyzbayev, Head of Administration Dastan Zharkimbekov, Financial Controller-Head of Financial Controlling Group Sergey Shibilov, Executive Director Azat Makenov and, surprisingly for many people, rapper - Deputy General Director for Production Serik Makarov performed the anthem of Bogatyr Coal LLP brilliantly. The name of the song was Bogatyr Lights Stars. The break-dancers managed to rock the audience brightly. The real dance battle was performed on the stage with the participation of the employee of Technological Transport Department of the company Yevgeniy Kisselev and head of the structural subdivisions of the enterprise. The production people proved they could manage their bodies, along with coal operations. Electric Boogie from Chief Technical Manager on Labor Protection Igor Popovich, the break-wave from Director of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department Agybay Pokatayev and "the moonwalk" from Technical Director Galymbek Irgebayev caused a burst of ovations and cries of admiration of spectators.

The holiday of miners was finished on Sunday at the stadium of the sports and health center of Bogatyr Coal LLP with a grand show program with the participation of Kazakhstani stage stars - MuzArt, Domino and Cashew music groups with a light show, entertainments and competitions for children, fireworks, disco and annual prize drawing among the enterprise employees.

Lottery tickets of Maksim Maksak from Blasting and Dump Works Section-3 and Sergey Popov from Railroad Equipment Maintenance Direction became happy for their possessors as they brought main prizes of the drawing to them. The miners went home from their professional holiday celebration in new Vaz LADA Priora cars.
