About one hundred fir tree plantlets were planted in one of the districts of Ekibastuz by town active citizens. Among them there were active members of the United Youth Movement of Bogatyr Coal LLP.

Closing the Year of Ecology in Pavlodar region Ekibastuz active citizens of a list of veterans, deputies, active members of Zhas Otan wing and the youth labor division called Zhasyl El took part in vegetating the Privokzalnaya square. The initiative was supported by Bogatyr miners from the United Youth Movement of the enterprise. About one hundred conifer plantlets were planted with joint efforts of the indifferent town citizens.
