In friendship and consent

Last Tuesday in Ekibastuz there was an out meeting of the Assembly of the peoples of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region. Within its frames chairmen of public consent councils of the town and Bogatyr Coal LLP made reports on their work done. During the excursion to the observation site of the coal mine the miners told the guests how the enterprise council was coping with the raised tasks.  

Currently the coal mining enterprise is the only one in Ekibastuz having a public consent council in its structure. The purpose of the council creation in the company was the development of civil participation in strengthening stability and national unity, and also prevention of labor and production and household conflicts. The work is also carried out in the area of improvement of labor conditions at work places; acute issues arising at section are resolved.

The council was organized two years ago, and for this time it proved its efficiency. The council management and members settled several tens of different disputable situations. It helped preserve friendly atmosphere in the collective and impact its work positively.

Chairman of the Council, Chief Technologist of Track Facilities of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department Yerbolat Konurbayev told about this to the guests from Pavlodar during the excursion to the observation site of Bogatyr mine. That is why, the representatives of the Assembly not only listened to the report but also watched from a distance at the production process at the coal mining enterprise. The excursion was finished in the technological museum under the open sky and memorable picture.
