Labor with coal shade

The celebration of Labor Day in Bogatyr Coal LLP became a good tradition. This holiday, which is celebrated on the last Sunday of September in Kazakhstan, is peculiar at the coal mining enterprise. Because people who do one big and important deed daily, in any weather and time of day know what efforts it takes to extract black gold - the main source of light and heat - from subsoils.

That is why, on September 25 for them and in their honor there were kind words and congratulations taken place in the administrative building of Bogatyr coal mine said by the company management. For their fair labor many of them were awarded with all possible awards and bonuses.

On this day Igor Sushkov, Traction Unit Operator of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, and Gomar Mutalipov, Car Repairman of Technological Transport Department became Miner's Glory award commanders. Miner's Glory award of the second grade went to Yerlan Aubakirov, Mechanic from Technological Transport Department, of the third grade - to Yevgeniy Kamynin, Excavator Operator from Bogatyr coal mine, Shunting Master from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Galina Leznova, Electrician for Substation Maintenance of Chief Power Engineer Service, and Marina Nikolskaya, Crane Operator of Railroad Equipment Maintenance Direction. These employees of the enterprise became best tutors of the partnership in 2018.

The invitees of the solemn meeting were respected veterans awarded with Yenbek ardagery awards - Sergey Rudnik and Zhumash Zhumabekov, who were also congratulated on the holiday and awarded with bonuses.

Several tens of the enterprise employees became holders of certificates of honor in the nominations called Propaganda of Working Profession, Innovations and Development in Labor, From Labor Safety to High Productivity, Young Can Go Everywhere and Teach Others, Best Organizer of Training Processes, Best Tutor and Consultant, and Best Instructor.

At the holiday the representatives of labor dynasties from Bogatyr Coal LLP - the Akhmetovs and the Fedotovs - received valuable gifts. They preserve traditions carefully and convey their experience, knowledge and mastership across the generations.

The special guest of the event was Chairman of the Trade Union Center of Pavlodar Region Dinara Aitzhanova. She congratulated all the gathered people on a significant day and conveyed certificates of merit of the trade union of Pavlodar Region to Oleg Pasko, Electric Repairman of Chief Power Engineer Service, Sergey Astapenko, Rolling Stock Repairman from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Vladimir Trombach, Excavator Operator from Bogatyr coal mine, Sergey Zazulya, Emergency and Restoration Repairman of Technological Transport Department, and Silkan Burambayev, Concrete Worker from Major Construction Direction.

On the eve of Labor Day at the enterprise there took place a creative contest of essays, in which anyone could say about his or her colleagues – hero of labor. There were many participants but just five of them became winners, which were awarded with letters of merit and gifts of money. They were Vitaliy Suslenkov, Rolling Stock Repairman from Rolling Stock Depot #2 of Railroad Equipment Maintenance Direction, Anzhela Mamrayeva, Mining Worker on Surveying Works from Surveying Service of Bogatyr coal mine, Kairbolat Amanov, Rail Track Serviceman of Put #8 Section from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Inna Salimova, Lead Engineer of Rolling Stock Service from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, and Head of State Language Development Group Manar Yerbotina.

Throughout the whole holiday evening musical congratulations and good mood were presented to the celebration participants by the talented youth of Bogatyr Coal LLP.
