By Labor Day the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP extended a warm welcome to those, who are just beginning to master their future professions. First-year students of Ekibastuz mining and technical college named after L. Pshenbayev having selected a profession of an electric locomotive operator doused into the production atmosphere of the coal mining enterprise, with which they would probably wish to tie their labor life in the nearest future.

The guests visited the archives of the company history - Hall of Labor Glory, where over the years a lot of exhibits were collected, behind each of which there was its inimitable episode of Bogatyr Coal LLP's life. After the fascinating excursion, which was hold by Lead Specialist Lyubov Prokopenko, the guys were invited to participate in the round table, where in the informal atmosphere the tea party took place. Veterans Igor Bauer and Sapar Baigeldin, Chairman of Batyr Komir local trade union Kairula Turatayev, acting Head of Social Development Department Vladimir Tyulin and active members of the united youth movement told the first-year students about the company work. They wished diligence to future specialists and expressed their hope that in the nearest future they would see them amongst the employees of the partnership.
