The observation site of Bogatyr coal mine attracts the citizens and guests of Ekibastuz as one of the central town places of interest.

Having visited it once people get very much impressed by the dimensions of the coal mining operations spread before one's eyes from there. Excursion participants also like the museum under the open sky, where old coal mining machinery is collected, about which one can make interesting memorable pictures.

Our foreign guest from Austria remained delighted after his visit to the observation site. Anton Gleichwaht is an installation supervisor on equipment adjustment at one of Ekibastuz enterprises. Having arrived at our town on business he decided to unite useful and pleasant and visit brightest and symbolic places in Ekibastuz and its suburbs at his leisure-time. After all seen Mr. Gleichwaht thanked the representatives of Social Development Department of Bogatyr Coal LLP, who helped him to arrange the excursion to the observation site and expressed his deep delight of the mine and equipment. According to Anton, for his life he visited many industrial objects but he had never seen anything more colossal causing tremble in the soul.
