In the republic there started the contest called Yenbek Zholy directed at forming the positive public opinion on people of labor and increase of the status of a Man of Labor in the society. This year in the nomination Best Tutor of Working Youth out company will be presented by Electric Repairman on Equipment Maintenance and Repair from Power Supply Section of Chief Power Engineer Service Oleg Pasko and Mechanic of Tractor and Bulldozer Section of Technological Transport Department Yerlan Aubakirov. The winners and prize-winners of the contest will be determined through Internet-voting. That is why, the fellows hope for support of their colleagues, friends and relatives very much.
At the first - regional - stage of the contest, which is taking place now and will finish on July 31 one can vote once from one IP-address at http://enbek-pvl.kz/ru/materials/47.
In order for your vote to be taken into account you need to visit Internet from an IP-address of one's home or other computer, or from a mobile device. Prize-winners of this stage will be awarded at the regional labor forum.
At the second stage of the contest the online voting will be held from August 20 through to September 15 at the site of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (one click from one IP-address). The awarding of the winners of the second stage of the contest will take place at the republican forum called To the Society of Overall Labor.

For the high level of professional expertise and personal contribution in the development of professional competences of employees he has been awarded with letters of honor in the nominations Best Propaganda of Working Profession, Best Instructor of Theoretical Training, Best Tutor, and Best Teacher. In 2015 Aubakirov Yerlan was awarded with the honorable sign Miner's Glory of the 3-rd grade.
