In Bogatyr Coal LLP there was a meeting held on consideration of the projects of continuous improvement of production processes subject to bonus payments.

The commission under the chairmanship of Deputy General Director-Director for Production Serik Makarov considered 11 projects A3 and Lean Six Sigma implemented by the enterprise employees. Their coordinators were Dmitry Levdonskiy, Kuandyk Kabyshev, Maksut Zhapashev, Vladimir Pavlenko, Sultan Burambayev, Galina Dubrovskaya, Aleksandr Lomakin, Tatyana Zhuravlyova, Yeltay Bolpakov, and Yuliya Agilova. After the thorough study the projects were put in operations and within half a year they were showing a lasting economic effect. That is why, all their participants will be awarded with one-time bonuses in addition to their wages.

Total, by the words of the head of BPS Strategic Development Group Olesya Kovtun, about 40-50 projects are considered per year through the commission. The implementation of such projects shows excellent results in the production processes of the enterprise.
