On February 15, on the day of the 29-th anniversary of the pullout of the Soviet troops contingent from Afghanistan General Director of Bogatyr Coal LLP Murat Abdygulov had a meeting with the former soldiers-internationalists currently working in the partnership.       

It should be noted that of late such events have become a good tradition in Bogatyr Coal LLP. The sign of the special respect and worship of the labor deeds of the elder generation of miners was the meeting of Murat Abdygulov with the veterans-coal miners held at the beginning of February. And this was its continuation. In the friendly and informal atmosphere drinking tea twenty-six participants of the combat operations in Afghanistan received an opportunity to ask General Director of the company their troublous questions in the direct dialogue. Looking ahead we can say each of them was given a comprehensive answer. For example, the soldiers-internationalists were interested in getting vouchers for sanatorium-report therapy in Belokurikha in the summer period of time, along with the right of an advance labor vacation. Commenting the received proposals Murat Abdygulov expressed his readiness to resolve them positively but after the weighted and detailed working out in the labor collectives of the structural subdivisions. As General Director underlined a solution should be made taking into account interests of all members of a labor collective and not to the detriment of the operations.  

The veterans of the Afghanistan war asked the company management to lift restrictions for passing personal automobile transport to the territory of the enterprise and use of mobile phones for work communications. In response Murat Abdygulov explained that the above-mentioned restrictions had been dictated by the nature of the operations and strategic significance of the enterprise. At the same time within the frames of the acting regulations there is an opportunity to get appropriate permits.   

Murat Abdygulov did not disregard the complaints of the Afghanistan war veterans regarding the quality of issued working uniform and company radios. He gave the instruction to people in charge to clarify the existing situation thoroughly and take proper actions.

Summarizing the meeting Murat Abdygulov thanked the veterans of the war in Afghanistan for the interesting and useful conversation. In response the soldiers-internationalists expressed their words of deep gratitude for the attention rendered.
