The events devoted to Labor Day were held in Bogatyr Coal LLP in the warm and homelike atmosphere. The beginning of the holiday program was the meeting of two generations, which took place in the Training Center of the partnership. For the pupils of the patronaged Ekibastuz Mining and Technical Secondary School named after K.Pshenbayev the cognitive excursion in the Labor Glory Room was organized. There the guys were able with their own eyes to see rare frames of pictorial review, which had imprinted the most important moments of history of the coal mining enterprise. The genuine interest of the students was caused by the model of Bogatyr coal mine, and also the unique exhibits represented in the museum exposition. Challenge banners of the socialist competition, commemorative and jubilee medals, letters of merit, which already became archive documents, and also a lot of other evidences of the glorious past allowed the youth to take a dive into the epoch of formation and development of Bogatyr mine. The young boys and girls listened to the story on the stages of development of the coal deposit and the close perspectives of Bogatyr coal mine with the big attention. After the excursion the meeting participants talked to the veterans at the hospitably laid dastarkhan. The distinguished veterans-miners - Khalel Abizhanov and Yuriy Irekin - told the youth with a cup of tea in the warm conversation what principles to follow in this life to become real personalities. The representatives of the United Youth Movement of Bogatyr Coal LLP Ruslan Musin, Nurlanbek Nurdolday and Nikolay Esterle told the guests on their way to the professions and everyday work.

The continuation of the holiday program devoted to Labor Day was the solemn meeting, which took place on the following day after that. The honorable guests of the solemn event, which took place in the meeting hall of the Training Center, were famous veterans-coal miners, and also best tutors of the working youth. On behalf of the company management the meeting participants were greeted by Advisor to General Director, Honorable Citizen of the town of Ekibastuz, Honorable Employee of Coal Industry, Full Commander of Miner's Glory award Amangos Utegenov. In his congratulation speech Amangos Titauovich underlined the everlasting significance and value of the holiday called Labor Day, the necessity to preserve the tradition of continuity of generations in the miners' family. The wishes of good and well-being on behalf of the elder generation were expressed by labor veterans - Anatoliy Dvorak, Sabit Sadykov, Gennadiy Kobylchenko, Pyotr Shpis. The music gift, along with the warm congratulations, was presented to the guests by Tamara Karpets, Head of Personnel Management Department of the company. On behalf of the trade union organization of the miners Chairman of Bogatyr Coal Trade Union Committee Kairula Turatayev congratulated the miners. The sincere gratitude was expressed to their tutors by the young specialists of the enterprise - Vladislav Kinsfater, Rozalina Zhumbayeva, Anna Matrosova, and Ruslan Musin.

The ceremony of awarding labor merit signs was opened by Deputy Director for Personnel and Social Policy of Bogatyr Coal LLP Nataliya Trofimova.

The Miner's Glory award of the 2-nd grade and the rank "Best Tutor of the Partnership" were presented to Maksim Maksak, Excavator Operator from Bogatyr coal mine, Andrey Musiyenko, Lathe Operator of Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant. Electric Repairman from Chief Power Engineer Service Andrey Kovalenko was awarded with Miner's Glory award of the 3-rd grade. The Labor Glory award of the 2-nd grade and the rank "Best Tutor of the Partnership" went to Serik Seyelov, Rail Track Repairman from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, the Labor Glory award of the 2-nd grade went to Magomed Nalgiyev, Rail Track Repairman from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, the Labor Glory award of the 3-rd grade and the rank "Best Tutor of the Partnership" went to Vladimir Krutikov, Automobile Base Repairman. With the letter of merit and monetary bonus in the nomination "Best Propaganda of the Working Profession" the following people were awarded: Zhenisbek Khasenov, Rail Track Repairman of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Oleg Pasko, Electric Repairman of Chief Power Engineer Service, Yelena Melnikova, Lamp Lighter of the Drainage Mine of Bogatyr coal mine, Damilya Sagandykova, Operator of Compressor Plants of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Yevgeniy Fedoseyenko, Electric Repairman of Chief Power Engineer Service, Tatyana Mokrushina, Inspector Foreman from Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, Aleksey Medvedev, Repairman from Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, Aleksandr Kuptsov, Repairman from Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, Zhanga Yergazin, Repairman from Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant. Denis Komelkov, Shunting Master from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Tanzilya Murzagaliyeva, Cargo and Baggage Acceptance/Delivery Agent from Direction for Sales and Coal Markets. The last three people also received letters of merit of the branch trade union of coal industry employees. Thank-you letters and monetary bonuses in the nomination "Best Teacher of Theoretical Training" were presented to the following people: Igor Sushkov, Aleksandr Kravtsov, Seifula Tursunbayev, Liliya Kashirina, Yevgeniy Kozhin, Pavel Baranov, Yerlan Aubakirov, Yevgeniy Beller, and Yelena Shepotatiyeva. The ranks of the best organizer of training went to Bogatyrskaya station head Galina Sheptayeva. The letter of merit and monetary bonus in the nomination "Innovations and Development in Labor" went to Dmitriy Levdonskiy, in the nomination "Best Organizer of Training Processes" - to Tatyana Komissarova.

The prize-holders of the competition of compositions titled "I will tell you about a man of labor, whom I work with" received letters of merit and monetary bonuses. They are Aleksandr Ushakov, Assistant Excavator Operator at Overburden and Dump Work Section #3 at Bogatyr coal mine, Kaisar Kapar, Rail Track Repairman of Track #4 Section at Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Inna Mikhailova, Production Shower-rooms Worker at Administrative and Household Complex #2 of Bogatyr coal mine, Moldir Beksautova, NDT Inspector on Ultrasonic Control of Technical Control Department of Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant.
