It became the family vocation

21.09.2017

In the mining town of Ekibastuz the tradition to follow the pattern of fathers in the vocational choice has longstanding and firm roots. Thanks to this tradition in our town several glorious dynasties were formed. Our today's story is about one of them.

- The initiator of our labor dynasty was my father - Akhmedyan Mukhamedyanovich Imantayev, - the full commander of Miner's Glory award Shakar Akhmedyanovna Amerzhanova said. – He worked as a shaftman in the drainage mine. He was conferred the rank Honorable Employee of the Coal Industry for many years of his fair labor. My mother Nesip Berikbayevna worked in the underground mines of Karaganda in the difficult war years.                                            The next generation of the Imantayev family determined the work in the railroad sphere as the vocation of their lives. The eldest son Tokish devoted several tens of years to his work at Ekibastuz rail station as a shunting master. He was awarded with Order of Lenin, he has a rank Honorable Railroad Man, currently he is retired. By his father's footsteps his son Kuandyk went, who also worked as a shunting master for Bogatyr Trans LLP. The professional work experience of the youngest sister Duniezada, who works as a train dispatcher at Maikuben mine, is already twenty-five years; she is the full commander of Labor Glory award. The heroine of our story Shakar Akhmedyanovna worked for almost forty years in the railroad sphere. She worked for all these years irremovably in the sphere of cargo transportation at Bogatyr mine, and later on - in Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department. She came in 1976 like many others, after the graduation of the mining technical school by the specialty called Exploitation of Industrial Transport. She started to work as an operator of electric centralization post at Bogatyrskaya rail station, then she worked as a person on duty at the station, and then as a train dispatcher, in this quality she worked for 30 years. Shakar Akhmedyanovna retired in 2015. However, even being a pensioner, she keeps in touch with her colleagues and the native collective. Shakar Akhmedyanovna speaks about her first tutor - Lyubov Ilyinichna Dolbilova with the special warmth and thankfulness, who worked as a train dispatcher at Bogatyrskaya rail station in the past:

- She is a wonderful person; she taught us everything we needed to know in our profession. To be collected, to remember everything.

Currently Shakar Akhmedyanovna has a lot of pupils, who work on her native enterprise. For example, Tatyana Ovcharenko, the train dispatcher at Stepnaya station, Marina Kopeikina, operator of electric centralization post at Oktyabrskaya station, Yelena Arkhipova, train dispatcher of Oktyabrskaya station.

- Currently all of them are experienced railroad specialists, I am very proud of them, - Shakar Akhmedyanovna says.

The husband of Shakar Akhmedyanovna - Masgut Kanakhmetovich Amerzhanov - who died an early death, worked in the coal industry for about thirty years. He was the Honorable Employee of Coal Industry, possessor of two grades of Miner's Glory award. In his late years Masgut Kanakhmetovich worked as a repairman on repair of rolling stock in Railroad Equipment Maintenance Department of Bogatyr Coal LLP

Currently the family dynasty of the Amerzhanovs is continued decently by their son Maksat, the graduator of Almaty Railroad Academy, who works as an operator-instructor at Oktyabrskaya station at Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department. Maksat has 15 years of work experience behind his shoulders. In the sphere of railroad either, but in Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company their daughter-in-law, Ainagul, works as an assistant of the person on duty at Ekibastuz-1 station. The daughter Zhanna chose her way in this life, but her specialty is International Law, she works as an interpreter in the foreign company in Astana. Currently being a pensioner Shakar Akhmedyanovna devotes her time to her beloved granddaughters. She has two of them: the eldest Adelya goes to school #1, the youngest - Malika - goes to the pre-school classes. She also finds time for her favorite pastime -  reading classical fictions and historical novels. As Shakar Akhmedyanovna herself says, the passion to reading has been descended to her from her father. Using the opportunity Shakar Akhmedyanovna congratulates her colleagues on the forthcoming Labor Day and wishes them patience in their complicated and responsible work.
