The Assignments are Being Fulfilled

In March this year the series of the reporting meetings of the partnership management with the labor collectives of the structural subdivisions of the enterprise took place in Bogatyr Coal LLP. By the results of each of them the assignments were given, and later on concrete decisions were made.

The participants of the reporting meetings had the opportunity to give urgent questions personally to General Director of Bogatyr Coal LLP Serik Raipov, Executive Director Kairat Rgaibek and Deputy General Director-Director for Production Sergey Platonov. The miners received answers to most of them immediately; as for the rest, which require a detailed study, the company management gave the concrete assignments. There were almost twenty questions like this, what convincingly proved that miners were indifferent people. For example, the activist of the united youth movement Asylbek Nurgaliyev asked the question on whether this year it was presupposed to allocate interest-free loans to young specialists to improve residential conditions. Answering the question General Director Serik Raipov informed that this year the budget of this program had been increased from 70 mm up to 100 mm tenge. In addition to it, he gave the assignment to Direction for Personnel and Social Policy to form a list of young specialists in want of getting interest-free loans to improve their residential conditions, moreover on each structural subdivision. Executing the assignment of the company manager the Direction prepared the list - as of today 314 employees in the company wait for getting such loans. The breakdown of them is 94 people at Bogatyr coal mine, 117 people at Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, 12 people at Automobile Base, 14 people at Railroad Equipment Maintenance Department, 30 people at Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, 7 people in Technological Transport Department, 6 people in the Service of Chief Power Engineer, 34 people in the Executive Staff.         

A separate assignment was given by General Director on the further development of the infrastructure of Karlygash Children Health Center. Direction for Personnel and Social Policy, jointly with Financial Direction got the assignment to develop proposals on the construction of two mini-football fields in Karlygash Children Health Center. By the information of Direction for Personnel and Social Policy currently a subcontracting organization is being searched to construct football playgrounds.

Perhaps, one of the most frequent question asked at the reporting meetings was the question on the additional employment. One should note this issue was answered. According to the assignment of General Director the managers of Bogatyr coal mine and Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department developed the proposals on the additional employment of employees. As a result, by the coordination with the company management the following people were hired at Bogatyr coal mine: Electrician for Mining Works Section #2 and Engineer for Mining Works Planning and Analysis on a permanent basis; and also thirteen rail tracks servicemen were hired to Sections ##2 and 3 for a seasonal work, one electrician for Mining Works Section #1, excavator operator for Mining Works Section #1, conveyor operator for Mining Works Section #1, five electric servicemen to Mining Equipment Maintenance Shop, one mining foreman for Mining Works Section #3, four assistants excavator operator for Overburden and Dump Works Section #3, seven contact system electricians for Electrification Section #2. The analogous decision on the additional employment of employees was taken at Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department either. Particularly, possessors of the following professions were employed to vacant places: a rail tracks serviceman, rolling stock repairman, track machines repairman, three repairmen for locomotives maintenance, eleven signals and interlocking repairmen.                                                                  

The optimal solutions were also found on the assignments connected with the technical equipping of the operations. For example, it was decided to purchase a trial lot of rope products from an alternative plant-manufacturer to determine the most qualitative rope products. Besides, to strengthen control of quality of purchased bearings it is planned to by a vibro-diagnostics stand in 2018 to make diagnostics of rolling-contact bearings KOMPAKS-RPP allowing to set up the technical conditions of rolling-contact bearings. Currently Maintenance Direction is concluding a contract with a specialized organization on the technical maintenance and repair of industrial conditioners installed on excavators. It is presupposed that upon the conclusion of the contract the specialists of the subcontracting organizations would make the service maintenance of air conditioners, and in case of necessity - repair of defective air conditioners. At Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant after the appropriate assignment of the company management the following was fulfilled: assembly of the ventilation system on a welding post in a painting division in the forth bay. Besides, according to the schedule the cleaning of electrostatic filters on the filter and ventilations devices in the shops is made. To improve quality characteristics of metal plates manufactured by Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant of sheet roll metal products the opportunity is being studied to change the technology to manufacture these products. By the coordination with General Director, at Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department it is determined that the shop on painting locomotives bodies will be located in Rolling Stock Depot #4 (former Depot on repairing dump-cars). According to the assignment of General Director the Service of Chief Power Engineer is being implementing the project on the installation of LED lighting on excavators. As a whole, within the frames of the energy saving program the Service of Chief Power Engineer is purchasing LED lamps in the volume of 294 pieces; the plan is to purchase 278 pieces more instead of old energy-intensive lamps.

The proposals on improvement of social and household conditions at the operations were also paid attention to by the company management. Particularly, making advances to the wishes of the plant specialists the company administration gave the assignment to the plant managers to purchase a lot of minor household appliances (electric kettles, thermos bottles, microwave ovens) within the frames of the approved budget for the social and household needs of the employees. The management of the plant and automobile base have intentions to study the proposal on organization of bus transportation of the plant employees during the cold time of the year before winter comes.

Thus, all the assignments given during the reporting meetings of the management of Bogatyr Coal LLP received their practical implementation.
