More good and necessary projects

The program of social investments in the regions of the presence of JSC Samruk-Kazyna's group of  companies, which received the name Menin Elim, was discussed at the public consultations held in Pavlodar town. The representatives of the fund, daughter companies, state bodies and also non-governmental organizations took part in the work of the round table. Opening the consultations the speaker of the event - Deputy Akim of Pavlodar Region Meiram Begentaev - noted with satisfaction the fact that Pavlodar Region had entered a number of the first regions in the country, where Menin Elim program started in the pilot mode. The participants of the meeting were informed on the purposes and components of this program by Head of Social Projects Service of JSC Samruk-Kazyna Nurlan Urazaliyev and General Director of Social Projects Development Fund called Samruk-Kazyna Trust Yerlan Darimov. Head of Birlik Local Communities Development Fund Dinara Aitzhanova advised of the results of the social research held among the citizens of Pavlodar Region. As Elmira Zhapparova, Menin Elim Program Coordinator explained during the presentation, the main directions of the project were: development of the social infrastructure of the regions, and also the development of local communities through the support of civil initiatives, regeneration of the historic and cultural heritage of the region, formation of the culture of a healthy mode of life. In the course of the held exchange of views the participants of the consultations expressed their comments and suggestions. Particularly, Head of Social Development Department of Bogatyr Komir LLP Beibut Mukashev made a proposal to include the project of construction of a modern children sport and health  complex with a sheltered ice skating-rink in Ekibastuz in Menin Elim program of social investments and also expressed the hope for participation of the fund in the development of Karlygash children health center. By the results of the public consultations the decision was made to form a plan of joint actions for the current year.
