Work and sport - it is easy!

In Bogatyr Coal LLP there is a good tradition – on the eve of the New Year to celebrate best sportsmen, who confirmed their mastership at the competitions of various levels during the expiring year, defending the native enterprise and glorifying it by this. 2014 has not been an exclusion. The sportsmen of Bogatyr Coal LLP are unique as they are able to combine their responsible work at the enterprise with going in for several kinds of sport. On the twenty-sixth of December 25 athletes, by the incredible efforts of whom Bogatyr Coal LLP was on the pedestal of various town, regional, republican competitions, received diplomas and monetary bonuses from the company management and the trade union committee in the solemn atmosphere. These are their names:

Kurmanbayev Erken – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department) – the winner of the open tournament in chess in Pavlodar;

Ibrayev Ruslan – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department) – the winner and the prize-holder of town and regional competitions in kettle-bell lifting and national press;

Sazonov Aleksey – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department) – champion of the 2-nd Olympics of Samruk-Energo and the 2-nd Olympics of Samruk-Kazyna in Astana in arm-wrestling in the weight category above 90 kg;

Nurgazin Konstantin – (Bogatyr mine), Napadovskaya Yelena – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), Zadorina Svetlana - (Bogatyr mine), Kasimova Raziya – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department) – the winners of the town Olympics in winter multiathlon, in the composition of Bogatyr Coal LLP picked team;

Sattarov Serik – (Bogatyr mine) – champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan in kazaksha-kures (Kazakh national wrestling), the bronze prizewinner of the World Championship in judo (Spain), the bronze prizewinner of the World Championship in sambo (art of self-defense) (Greece) amongst veterans;

Shishkin Ruslan – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), Akhmetsharipov Murat – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), Dosumov Zhaslan – (IT Department), Rakhmangulov Dastan – (Bogatyr mine) – the winners of the Town Championship-2014 in football in the picked team of Bogatyr Coal LLP.

Nurumov Aslan – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department) – the champion of the republican competitions in tourism "Irtysh Meridian" in the picked team of Bogatyr Coal LLP;

Petrov Aleksandr – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), Nazarenko Aleksandr – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), Nekhoroshev Igor – (Bogatyr mine), Mukhanov Tulegen – (Executive Staff), Suleimenov Zhanat – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department) – voluntary helpers - organizers of the physical, health and sport activity in the company;

Melnikov Nikita – (Railroad Equipment Maintenance Department), Yerezhepova Yekaterina - (Bogatyr mine) - the winners of the town Olympics in table tennis in the picked team of Bogatyr Coal LLP;

Popovich Lyudmila – (Major Construction Direction), Trukhina Irina – (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), Sukhanova Inessa – (Power Supply Department) – the winners of the town Olympics in volleyball in the picked team of Bogatyr Coal LLP;

Bogdashina Tatyana – (Power Supply Department) – the champion of the 2-nd Olympics of Samruk-Energo and the 2-nd Olympics of Samruk-Kazyna in Astana in arm-wrestling in the weight category up to 80 kg;

Ivanov Danil – (Commercial Direction) – the winner and the prize-holder of the town, regional and republican competitions in volleyball in the composition of the picked team.

 

Among the awarded ones there were a lot of those, who has been participating in sport competitions and improving own results for over ten years. What gladdens much is there were a lot of young sportsmen amongst the awarded ones.

In general, 2014 was successful for the sportsmen from Bogatyr Coal LLP, as usual. For two years running the picked team of Bogatyr Coal LLP becomes the winner of the Olympics amongst employees of the group of companies JSC Samruk-Kazyna. The loud achievement for the company and the town, as a whole, was the bronze medals in the world championships in judo in Spain and in sambo (the art of self-defense) in Greece amongst veterans in the weight category up to 90 kg for Deputy Director-Head of Overburden Complex of Bogatyr coal mine Serik Sattarov, along with his gold medal in the championship of Kazakhstan in sambo, which took place in Turkestan. The Bogatyr sportsmen showed the best result in the republican competitions called Irtysh Meridian. The interregional tournament sacred to the memory of Aleksandr Shmeyer (Chairman of the Trade Union Committee), which gathered 10 teams of young football players of Pavlodar region was very memorable. In the future it is planned to take this tournament to the international level. And it is just a small part of the success.

In the partnership there are not only excellent labor and rest conditions for its employees, but also there is a constant purposeful work carried out on promulgation of the healthy mode of life. The company management is striving to involve as many people as possible in going in for various kinds of sport.

As Director for Personnel and Social Policy Erken Zhunusovich Rakhmangulov said in his greeting speech for the sportsmen, another two hundred employees of Bogatyr Coal LLP became the active sportsmen in 2014 and found their active leisure time by their interests. The enterprise has come very close to the number, which the Head of the state Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed - it is 30% of the actively engaged population. But we should strive for new achievements. The company will continue creating comfortable conditions for fruitful sport engagement. The administration and the trade union committee of Bogatyr Coal LLP allocate a lot of funds every year to improve health of its employees by purchasing sports equipment and facilities, conducting massive sport events. Last year the exercise room of the Sport and Health Complex was expanded. In the future on the territory of the Sport and Health Complex there will be the synthetic cover laid for cinder tracks in three lines, spectators' tribunes will be renewed. A football field with an artificial cover will be built, what has been already done on the territory of Beryozka recreation home. Such kinds of sport as workout, togyz kumalak, kazakhsha-kures began developing.

After the awarding ceremony there was a little banquet, where Bogatyr Coal LLP sportsmen celebrated their deserved awards with some Champaign. Now everybody hopes the real winter will come and bring enough snow for the whole collective to start skiing.
