"We twine flowers into a wreath of friendship"

 The embodiment of this phrase by the emcees of the solemn meeting, which took place on the eve of Independence Day in the administrative building of Bogatyr coal mine, was the dance of the peoples of Kazakhstan. The employees of Bogatyr Coal LLP were smartly dancing the Ukrainian hopak, Russian "kalinka", Dagestan lezginka and other ethnic dances. Thus, the miners of the town-forming enterprise showed the unity of the several thousand strong and multinational collective, friendship, which was the basis of independence of the Republic.

The event called "Tauelsizdygym - tugyrym" was bright and wonderful. This was not just a holiday concert. It was the unique report of the company employees learning the Kazakh language, where they grasped the basics, worked hard on pronunciation, familiarized themselves with the history and traditions of the country. Over forty miners, the most part of whom did not belong to the indigenous nationality, demonstrated the acquired knowledge on the stage ably. Some people said patriotic poems, other sang songs. All was done in the state language. Everyone was excited. Will all come out well? Does he speak right? All the agitation was in vain. Everything was excellent. The spectators supported every performance with the long applauses and felt with their colleagues. It should be noted that the employees of Bogatyr Coal LLP learn the Kazakh language during their free time by their own initiative. The company created all the conditions for it. The specially equipped class has been functioning in the company for two years, and the pupils come there daily. The group of the state language development is headed by Manar Yerbotina.

Many people got the pleasant surprise on that solemn evening. The letters of award "For active civil position, big potential, assistance in study of the state language and in honor of Independence Day" were given to Aleksandr Mikhaylovich Grigoriyev, Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department Head, Olga Dmitriyevna Khozyasheva, Chairman of the Initial Party Organization "Nur Otan" of Bogatyr Coal LLP, Ruslan Musin, Assistant to Locomotive Operator from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Vladimir Tyulin, Chairman of the Initial Party Group of Bogatyr mine, Rustam Gabdulganeyev, Repairman of Mining Equipment Maintenance Shop of Bogatyr Mine, Zulfiya Ospanova, Translator from Documentation Department.

The letters of award "For purposefulness, creative research, insistency in learning the state language and in honor of Independence Day"  went to Tatyana Shevchenko, Lead Translator from Documentation Department, Oksana Sychugova, Senior Inspector from Documentation Department, Aleksey Andreyenko, Chief Economist from Accounting Department, Lidiya Napadovskaya, Accountant, Igor Popovich, Chief Technical Manager from Job Safety and Labor Protection Service, Vitaliy Los, Chief Engineer of Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, Yevgeniy Ivankov, Head of Social Development Department, Olesya Signeyeva, Personnel Manager from HR Department, Gulmira Bekeyeva, Personnel Manager from HR Department, Yevgeniya Malgazdarova, Personnel Manager from HR Department.

It is worthy of note that Bogatyr employees strive to implant the love of the Kazakh language to their children. On that day one of the performers - the little boy Artyom Sychugov - said the poem "Menyn Kazakhstanym" so feelingly that the spectators had no doubts the boy would be the real patriot of his Motherland. By the way, the author of the poem was Igor Popovich, Chief Technical Manager from Job Safety and Labor Protection Service, who was able to compose poems in the Kazakh language after two years of painstaking studies.

By the tradition, on the eve of Independence Day ten more employees of Bogatyr Coal LLP joined the Nur Otan party in the solemn atmosphere.

The concert took place, the agitation subsided. But this is not the end. Bogatyr employees will continue improving their state language skills because they understand the importance of it. The study of the state language contributes to strengthening of the Kazakhstani patriotism and inter-ethnic accord as one can feel the spirit of Kazakhstan and develop love to the native land only understanding and speaking the language of Abay and Auyezov.
