They have glorified Ekibastuz

Nelly Rerikh and Safina Nabiullina, two young artists, whose parents work for Bogatyr Coal LLP, have become the winners in the competition of children's drawings arranged by JSC Samruk-Energy jointly with Open Company "Federation of Trade Unions of Power Engineers". The drawings of the girls, who charmed the jury in Astana, will now be published on annual calendars. Thus, their works will be seen throughout the whole Kazakhstan.

The competition of drawings among children of employees of JSC Samruk-Energy group of companies, which includes Bogatyr Coal LLP as well, is held for the second time within the frames of celebrating Children's Day. The requisitions for participation in this creative contest were accepted from June 1 through to August 10 from children of three age categories: from three to eight years, from eight to twelve years and from twelve to sixteen years. At the same time children should reflect some certain topics in the following nominations: "Sport - pledge of health", "My future profession" and "Astana EXPO - 2017". It is the first two nominations, where our girls turned out to be leaders. Safina Nabiullina drew a beautiful woman-gymnast, and Nelly Rerikh drew herself on the concert venue playing the piano. Their drawings were really very good, that is why, they were noticed in Astana, although the victory cost them a lot. The children of Bogatyr employees alone presented sixteen drawings, and much more there were from other organizations. By the way, it is the second victory for Nelly, she participated in this competition last year.

The winners were honored solemnly in the conference-hall in the company office.

- We congratulate you! You are glorifying Ekibastuz! We hope in the future you will represent Bogatyr Coal LLP decently in different competitions. When you grow up, you will join our company and work decently, - Kairula Turatayev, Head of the Trade Union, addressed the award winners.

Nelly got the I-pad, Safina got the mobile phone. The parents present at the awarding ceremony - Irina Rerikh, Centraliazation Post Operator (Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department), and Fanis Nabiullin, Traction Unit Operator's Assistant (Oktyabrskaya Rolling Stock Depot) - were glad for their daughters and stated they had believed in them. In response the company representatives thanked the girls' parents for their proactive approach to life trying to attract their children to significant public events.
