Qualified personnel - it is the main thing.

05.11.2014

It is the incredibly hard labor to raise a specialist from a student. For this it is necessary to be a professional, and also to possess a skill and wish to inculcate love to work of their students under care. There are such people in Bogatyr Coal LLP. In the seven-thousand collective there are a lot of tutors, who transmit their experience, expertise to new-comers at the operations. Annually in autumn best of them are honored by the results of the year in the training centre of the company. This October, as usual, sixteen tutors of the young generation were invited to the solemn meeting, where each one received letters of award and cash bonuses.

The meeting was opened by General Director of Bogatyr Coal LLP Viktor Konstantinovich Shchukin.

- When young people come to our company, they obtain not only material benefits, but also thanks to your experience and expertise they acquire a tool of a literate work process conduct, - he noted.

Viktor Konstantinovich handed over Letters of Awards to the employees, who had been honored the main nomination called "Honored Tutor": Iliya Vasilievich Mikhalchuk, Equipment Maintenance and Repairman from Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, Viktor Ivanovich Avdienkov, Electric Equipment Maintenance and Repairman, who had also been awarded with a Labor Glory of the 3-rd grade award. Viktor Valentinovich Parnov was honored with the rank "Honored Employee of the Coal Industry". When Viktor Parnov received the award, he pronounced embarrassedly:

- It is just because I had talented students.

Such a modest person he is, like many of the honored tutors.

The next awarding ceremony in the nomination "Best Tutor" was held by Erken Zhunusovich Rakhmangulov, Director for Personnel and Social Policy:

- It is very important how a tutor teaches the basics of his profession, secrets of mastership, as what is important at the enterprise, it is not machine-tools or raw material, but qualified personnel is important. Thank you.

In this nomination the following people were noted: Gomar Faizulinovich Mutalipov, Car Repairman; Mikhail Yurievich Trishin, Crane Operator; Viktor Ivanovich Yakushenkov, Electric Repairman; Viktor Aleksandrovich Yeremeyev, Senior Mechanic; Sultan Bulatovich Burambayev, Senior Road Foreman; Irina Vladimirovna Fyodorova, Road Foreman; Nikolay Kafurovich Danibayev, Car Driver; Nina Vitalievna Chepel, Crane Operator; Murat Ermaganbetovich Akylbekov, Loader Operator; Inna Kazimirovna Sosnovskaya, Reinforced Concrete Products Section Head; Yelena Ivanovna Fisher, Laboratory Technician; Leila Tofikovna Mamedova, Food Service Cook; Nataliya Yaroslavovna Glushich, Electronic Computer Operator.

To become a good tutor one should not obligatorily have a big labor experience behind. One needs to love own occupation, work, and have a stake in it. The example of it is Sultan Burambayev, Senior Road Foreman, who is not thirty yet, but in the collective there are employees older than him, who defer to his opinion, ask for his pieces of advice, find out about new practices from him. As some people say, he is on the same wave with the youth. Or Murat Akylbekov, who finished the loader driver courses in the company training center just two years ago, and now he teaches students on practice. For the short period of time of his work his efforts were noticed, and the result of it is thankfulness, letter of award, acknowledgement.

The heads of the professional colleges of our town were present at the solemn meeting, because every year their graduates come to work for Bogatyr Coal LLP. There they confirm their knowledge in practice, experienced tutors help them become good workmen.

In general, the event went in the warm friendly atmosphere, the meeting heroes, guests and organizers shared their reminiscences, funny cases at the operations. While watching the video clip about the tutors one could notice how exciting they were. It is understandable: it was very important for them to find out opinions of their students. Having heard so many good words about themselves, they were affected very much. The good mood of the event was supported by the vocal and dance groups, who made the admirable performance.

Azalia Tasheva.
