Development of the State Language

 

The Kazakh language room of Bogatyr Coal LLP was acknowledged as the best amongst training rooms of Ekibastuz organizations and institutions by the results of the annual town contest.

The coal giant itself has become the leader in the publicity of the state language among its employees.

By Head of State Language Development Group of Bogatyr Coal LLP Manar Erbotina, the enterprise took part in the contest for the first time. The debut turned out to be a success. The member of the contest commission highly evaluated the condition of regulatory documentation, didactic materials, learning aids, calendar plan on the Kazakh language study, room design and attendance at lessons. As a result, in honor of the 25th anniversary of the adoption of Law on Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bogatyr Coal LLP got the diploma for the first place and the nomination “The Best Enterprise Publicizing the State Language”.

This academic year 270 people have been learning the Kazakh language. It is 2,5 times more than last year. Bogatyr Coal LLP managed to popularize the state language among its employees thanks to the language policy pursued by the management of the company headed by General Director Viktor Shchukin, Deputy General Director for General Issues and Economic Activity Kairat Rgaibek, Director for Personnel and Social Policy Erken Rakhmangulov and heads of such structural subdivisions as Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Bogatyr coal mine and training center – Aleksandr Grigoriev, Serik Makarov and Lyubov Sharipova.
