Main Route in Life

Having graduated from the faculty called Exploitation of Industrial Transport she became a reliable wheelman for her whole life, but not of a vehicle. For 30 years this fragile but forceful, bright, energetic, initiative and charismatic woman, possessor of Labor Glory award of all three grades devotes herself to the production and educational system of Bogatyr Coal LLP coal mining enterprise. For 18 of them she has been leading the training center of the company.

Lyubov Sharipova came to Bogatyr mine being an eighteen-year-old graduate from the mining technical school. After the practice she stayed to work here as an operator of digitalization post at Uzlovaya station, and in a month or so she was shifted to a position of a person on duty at Yubileynaya station.

- I found myself on my ground there - movement, people, - Lyubov Viktorovna said. - That was mine. Initially I entered the technical school for Industrial Construction specialty. But on the first day of study Department Chair said there would be 33 people in our group, and 31 people in Exploitation of Industrial Transport. Then she asked whether there were any volunteers to move to that group to equate a number of students. That volunteer was me. I stood up and went as if someone was directing me. As it appeared it was not in vain. Probably, it was my fate.

The fate brought Lyubov Sharipova to those people, who helped her later on get on her feet, feel self-confidence and become a person known by everybody in the company. She remembers Bogatyr mine Director Vyacheslav Kalandarishvili with a special feeling of respect:

- He was a great leader. He knew all persons on duty by name in our station - there were 150 people there. I was shocked by it. He treated all of us with big respect. He trusted us, that is why we felt our significance in the big common deed. We wanted to work, and we worked easily.

In three years she was invited to work as a traffic safety auditor at Bogatyr mine. By Lyubov Sharipova, it was by no means her path, and she started to lose herself to some extent. That is why, when a mini-training center was opened in Vostochny Loading and Transportation Department and they needed a training officer, she made a decision to take a dive in an unknown but comfortable environment of movement and big quantity of people.

- On August 13, 1985 I found herself in an absolutely different sphere at the enterprise. In the entrusted training point I had to build a training scheme, which people working at our enterprise could grasp well and respect. At that time the huge help was rendered to me by Director of Training Center of Ekibastuzugol Production Association Kuznetsova Larisa Izraliyevna and my good team-mate Tatyana Kuznetsova. When I was reading introductory instructions for the first time I felt fear and discomfort. I needed to pick words. To present information in such a way for listeners to remember it best of all and, what is most important, to learn how to understand people, their mood as among those workers who were coming for training there were some people coming with no desire to learn. One can say I was teaching them, and they were teaching me.

In the life of Lyubov Sharipova there was one more labor collective, which played one of the decisive roles of a value system in forming her carrier.

- I was invited to the training center of Vodokanal company. I joined the great collective headed by Yury Sergeyevich  Koval. This person revealed my potential directed at the creation of informal training system at the operations combining labor safety, industrial, fire-prevention and professional safety with some elements of personnel management. And tutors there would be company employees. Instructors should be respected and train such personnel, for whom one would not feel shame.

 She managed to do so. Step by step, for seven years she has been experimenting, testing and introducing what had not existed earlier - an integration model of training. Lyubov Viktorovna tested it not only on her main job but also teaching in her private training center at other Ekibastuz enterprises.

At the end of the nineties she had to leave Vodokanal, close her center and come back to the training center of the native coal enterprise together with Nadezhda Ostrometskaya. For the combine, which had just one room in the administrative and household building of Severny mine at that time, 2000-2003 turned out to be most difficult in terms of no wish to study from the side of a predominant number of employees. For these three years five innovators of the training and production system managed to take the professional training to a new level. In 2003 the training combine confirmed its status officially. By Lyubov Sharipova, the management and tutors of the training center raised the task, which they were coping with excellently.  Professional training was added with industrial safety, labor protection safety, training of drivers hauling dangerous cargoes, courses of paramedics, fire-prevention minimal instructions, train probation, management of preliminary training processes, instructions. Currently in the training center they implement 18 projects successfully. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of its collective, which consists of 18 people, they managed to create a maneuverable efficient system, which allowed training qualitative employees of a mining enterprise in the shortest terms.

- We managed to select employees for the training center, distribute obligations between them correctly, and exclude duplication functions. Just the creation of such a team of like-minded people we currently have allowed us implementing scheduled plans. The evaluation of our activity was a prize place in Senim republican competition for Personnel Management project. Currently our training center is the only one in Kazakhstan having an integration model of training bringing its positive results.

 One can say with confidence the training center of Bogatyr Coal LLP is one of the most important subdivisions of the partnership closely interacting with each of employees. Currently the Training center includes eight classrooms, three training points located in structural subdivisions of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Bogatyr mine, Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant, and a storage place of relics connected with the development of Ekibastuz coal basin - Hall of Labor Glory. A huge flow of people - 12 thousand - goes through it every year.

The main value of the training center is its collective and its head, who does not stop on something achieved thanks to her strong energy and enthusiasm, and who inspires others to do and achieve more and more.
