Not a motorist but an operator

05.05.2018

- Even at the section nobody of the management knew they were going to award me. I myself did not anticipate this. I just worked like others not doing anything supernatural, - Kairbek Balguzhinov, Excavator Operator of Overburden and Dump Works Section from Bogatyr coal mine remembers the events of two years ago. Although he says that because of his modesty, most of all. Because the award called Yenbek Danky (translated from the Kazakh language as Labor Glory) is presented for special labor services and achievements.

The numerous family of Kairbek Shakaratovich moved to Ekibastuz from their native settlement Dukhovnitskoye of the then breeding state-owned farm-millionaire named after Telman in Pavlodar region in 1984. There, having graduated from the eighth grade, Kairbek entered Ekibastuz Mining Technical Secondary School and got the specialty of a mining technician. Being a third-year student he went to the coal mine for the production training for the first time. For two months he was studying the SRs(K)-2000 bucket-wheet excavator #1146, and the drill rig for two months.

- I remember my first day as a trainee. My three fellows and me went to Bogatyr coal mine to execute documents for having a practice. We had to go there by a diesel locomotive. We stopped near the bridge at Bogatyr coal mine. We were standing for about forty minutes at the red semaphore signal. We had no idea at that time there were about two hundred meters to the mine. We liked the enterprise very much. We were impressed by the sizes and the mines and machinery ...

In 1989 after the graduation from the technical secondary school Kairbek Balguzhinov was employed at Bogatyr coal mine as an assistant to a dragline excavator operator. After the service in the Soviet Army he came back to his previous place of work. During the in-service training at the Training Center of the enterprise he received the additional profession called Excavator Operator of All Types of Machines. In March 2000 he was assigned the seventh labor grade, and six years later – the eighth labor grade.

In the collective his colleagues respond on him as of a conscientious, initiative person, with the big responsibility and promptitude. For the perfect labor he was awarded with the Miner's Glory award and Yenbek Danky award of three grades.

- I feel lucky very much with my first tutors - Basalayev Vladimir Anatoliyevich and Kapustin Vladimir Mefodiyevich - and the collective, which I work with. I have not become a motorist but thanks to all those people and also my family - my wife Sandugash and three sons - Bakhtiyar, Gani and Al-Azim, who always support me in everything - I came to like my job and achieved a lot having learned to operate machinery much more serious than a car.
