Bogatyr Coal, LLP holds the open tender for procurement by means of open two-stage tender of engineering, equipment, erection supervision and commissioning works for continuous flow technology facility at Bogatyr mine in Ekibastuz, Pavlodar region, Kazakhstan.
Bogatyr mine (mining blocks 5, 6, 9, 10) – the mining enterprise concentrated on opencast mining of the black coal with constantly increasing depth, which as of January 01, 2012 composed 280 meters.
The composition of the continuous flow technology complex with the capacity of 40 mil. t of coal per year (140 ths. t per day):
- The semi-stationary crushing and transfer points (CTP) in the pit – 4 points;
- The set of belt conveyors in the pit:
- Lifting conveyors (LBC) – 2 units;
- Connecting conveyors (CBC) – 2 units ;
- Main conveyors (MBC) – 2 units;
- The equipment of the blending and loading complex (BLC) consisting of blending stockpiles and loading points;
- the set of belt conveyors at the blending and loading complex (BLC)
(stacking conveyors (SBC)) and shipping conveyors (ShBC);
- Stackers (St) – 2 units;
- Reclaimers (R) – 2 units;
- Lifting loading belt conveyors (LLBC) – 2 units;
- The loading points (LP) with automated batch weighting and loading of coal into open wagons on two rail tracks – 2 units with capability of loading on two rail tracks for each.
The whole complex of equipment shall meet the conditions of technological process complete automation.
The equipment working conditions:
- Air temperature – –40о С to +40о С;
- Wind speed – up to 25 m/sec.;
- Depth of soil freezing – up to 2,7 m;
- Specific weight, t/m3:
- coal – 1,55-1,74;
- Bulk specific gravity of loose mass, t/m3:
- coal – 1,15;
- Abrasiveness, mg:
- coal – 5-10;
The international companies experienced in implementation of analogous projects and possessing the appropriate knowledge, abilities and skills are invited to participate in the tender.

The final term for tender packages submission is 4.12. 2012 13.30 p.m. (Astana time). The packages with tender bids will be opened on December 4, 2012 at 14.00 p.m. at the following address:

Before opening of packages with tender bids the representatives of potential tender participants shall submit the documental proof of their rights properly executed and a copy of identification documents.
