Based on the analysis of the state of competition in the market for the primary wholesale sale of coal for 2024–2025, the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan included Bogatyr Coal LLP in the list of holders of key coal capacity for the needs of energy producing organizations.

In accordance with Article 176 1 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 October 2015, No. 375 V, and the Rules on Equal Access to Key Capacity, approved by Order No. 15 of the Chairman of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13 June 2022, the company is publishing the schedule for accepting applications and the list of required documents.
