For many years the real trouble for the citizens of the block of houses #208 was the lack of a normal access road to the pedestrian crossing through rail tracks. It was a special problem for disabled people of the area. Arystanbek Sarsenbaev, the disabled person of the 1-st group addressed to Deputy of Pavlodar Regional Maslikhat Kairat Rgaibek with the request to resolve their longstanding problem. And the Deputy assistance arrived promptly. The leveling and screening of the access road was made with the assistance of Deputy. Currently the citizens of the block of houses #208 can reach the railroad crossing not undergoing hardship and cross railroad tracks in a set up place easily and safely for life, what is even more important.

One more good deed has been the assistance to the pensioner Nadezhda Ivanova living in the block of houses #208. During one of his visits of the electorate district Deputy Rgaibek noticed the holed roof on her house. At that very moment he gave 60 thousand tenge from his personal funds for the purchase of construction materials. A little later he rendered direct assistance in the organization and conduct of the roof repair. Deputy considers it as his civil duty to do good deeds and give possible assistance to lower-income people. The timely assistance in the amount of 70 thousand tenge was rendered during Ramazan holy month to Amangeldy Bazarbaev, veteran-miner, who needed an urgent surgery. On the light holiday Kurban Ayt Deputy allocated his personal funds for the hadj of the believer Guliddin Temirkululy to the holy land to Mecca.
