Not much time passed from the elections to the representative authorities, however, Deputies, who received the people's trust, already have what to say to their electorates. There are several resolved problems in their assets, and the work in this direction is in progress.
The 28-th electoral county, the territory of which includes not only multistoried apartment houses but also the area of private individual buildings, refers to the number of the most problematic and complicated districts of the town. But to the credit of Deputies representing such a great town-forming enterprise as Bogatyr Komir LLP in maslikhats (representative authorities) of different levels, they did not give in to difficulties and search for easier ways. Having won in the honest and competitive struggle at the elections in this complicated county, Deputies from Bogatyr Komir LLP started resolving old public problems. None of the mandates given to Deputes during the pre-election meetings was ignored. Every pressing question was answered. 33 written addresses came to Deputy of Pavlodar Regional Maslikhat, Executive Director of Bogatyr Komir LLP Kairat Rgaibek; on 25 of them concrete assistance was rendered, 8 of them are still in work. For example, at his own account Deputy purchased and brought coal to the pensioner living at 3, Uzkiy Proezd Street, and also to the people living in the house #31 in the block of houses #208. He rendered sponsorship assistance to the Children Creative Club called Robotics for the participation of its members in the republican competition held place in the city of Karaganda. Deputy Rgaibek actively resolves the issues on the town beautification. The siftings in the volume of 35 cubic meters were brought and the leveling was made on the house surrounding grounds at 9, M.Zhusup Street. The crushed rock was brought to the house #24a at Lomonosov Street to dry up the house cellar. The assistance was rendered in the beautification of the madrasah school territory: the fertile soil was brought, flowers were planted, lawn grass was sowed. The special words of thankfulness to Kairat Rgaibek for the assistance rendered were given by the inhabitants of one of the farthest town districts - the block of houses #208. There, thanks to the participation of the people's elect the huge garbage pile was liquidated, the leveling of the road was made and the siftings were brought.
- I would like to thank our Deputy very much, – says Nadezhda Ivanovna, the inhabitant of the house #35 in the block of houses #208, - with his help only we managed to get rid of this multi-year garbage pile. It took as many as two days to dispose it. We, the inhabitants, are very pleased and thankful to Kairat Rgaibek that he had responded to our request and helped us. We wish him success and prosperity! I am glad I was not mistaken having given my vote for him.
A lot of warm words were said to Deputy Rgaibek also by those electorates, whom he had helped with the employment - like in case with the graduate of Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute Zhanabyl Bekadyl. Deputy also helped to resolve the issue with the sport facilities like in case with the disabled person of the 2-nd group Talgat Erekeev and the group of veterans-miners.
Deputy also finds time to render charitable assistance to the pupils of Ekibastuz orphan asylum for juniors and teenagers. In this social institution under patronage of the miners from Bogatyr Komir LLP Kairat Rgaibek is a constant quest, and every time coming to the children he brings gifts and a lot of sweets.
Deputy of Regional Maslikhat Kairat Rgaibek is going to open up new horizons and has intentions to completely fulfill all his obligations taken in the course of the pre-election campaign.
