Rally of heavy trucks

The relay baton of the annual competition called Best in Profession held in Bogatyr Coal LLP to Miner's Day was taken by large trucks operators from Technological Transport Department.

Not all the "cowboys" managed to demonstrate their mastership in breaking in multi-ton "horses". Only 18 participants, who had most of points in the preliminary practical testing, came to participate in the "battle". This year CAT-D9R bulldozer operators, along with BelAZ and Caterpillar truck operators, wished to demonstrate their skills to cope with iron giants. I would say the debut was a success.

All the contest participants were proposed different routes with obstacles-barrels, which they should have overcome correctly and quickest. In addition to making accurate maneuvers BelAZ truck drivers managing a BelAZ-76470 (UPM) water truck needed to hit a target shooting from a water cannon.

The result of the contest was the announcement of winners and prize-winners. The possessors of memorable cups called Best in Profession were Vitaliy Kobylchenko, Nikolay Mikhnev, Raif Tukayev, Gennady Kolosov, and Askhat Baigashirov. The second place in their nominations was taken by Yevgeniy Kravchenko, Zhumabay Uskembayev, Aidar Kapezov, Artur Danybayev, and Andrey Leshchenko. The third step of the pedestal was occupied by Yerzhan Ketebayev, Bolat Alzhanov, Aleksandr Stepanov, Yevgeniy Babeshko, and Ivan Kem. The winners and prize-winners were presented with monetary bonuses and gifts. The rest competition participants were given incentive prizes.
