4 in 1: Waiting for Certification

In Bogatyr Coal LLP the preparation to the certification audit is close to the end, the result of which will be receiving certificates on the integrated management system.

At the coal enterprise four management systems have been successfully introduced and functioning -these are Quality Management System by ISO 9001:2015 standard, Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2008, Power Management System (SEnM) according to the requirements of ISO 50001:2011 standard, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004. The resolution on uniting these systems into the united integrated management system (IMS) was made in 2014 by the company management to increase the effectiveness of the internal audit process of quality management system and functioning of all the management systems as a whole, reduction of costs for the conduct of internal and external audits by four international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001). The use of the IMS will also allow minimizing the functional disunity in the company appearing while using separate management systems and help achieving the highest level of personnel involvement into the improvement of the enterprise activity. 

The policy of the integrated system was constituted in February this year. The documentation of the Integrated Management System developed jointly with the specialists-consultants from the Information Quality Center started to be used beginning from April. Currently in the company the policy and documents of the integrated system function along with the policies and documents on four existing standards. After the passing of the certification audit in September this year and getting International certificates on the Integrated Management System the existing documents on four standards, and also four policies will be cancelled by the appropriate order of the management.

In 2015 Bogatyr Coal LLP registered the BPS trade mark as a trade mark of the management in the sphere of business. The certification of the integrated management system will summarize the result of one more step in the development of the production system.
