The Management of Samruk-Energy JSC visited Bogatyr Coal Mine

On June 2 this year there was the working visit to Bogatyr Coal LLP of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy JSC Alik Aidarbayev, acting Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Energy JSC Bakitzhan Zhulamanov, Managing Director for Production and Asset Management, Member of the Board of Samruk-Energy JSC Serik Tyutebayev, Managing Director for Procurement of Samruk-Energy JSC Yerbol Sarmanbetov.

In the course of the trip the managers of the power holding visited the production sites of Bogatyr coal mine, after that in the course of the meeting Sansyzbayev R. presented main production parameters and perspective development plans, along with socially-oriented projects of Bogatyr Coal LLP for discussion.

Summarizing the results of the event A. Aidarbayev underlined the importance of the transfer of technological equipment and transport to the planned parameters with the exclusion of idle-time by the reason of an accident rate, automation of operations and introduction of advanced technologies of coal production, necessity of motivating employees, creation of decent conditions of work and rest.
