Increasing the existing traditions of the respectful attitude to the elder generation the new management of Bogatyr Coal LLP organized the holiday lunch for its veterans-miners on the eve of Nauryz holiday for the first time. Among them there were Honorable Citizens of the town, knights of Miner's Glory award, honorable citizens of the coal industry and knights of Labor Glory award. The special guest of the event was Ekibastuz Town Akim (head of Ekibastuz town administration) Kairat Nukenov.

In his greeting speech the town head marked the noble initiative of the collective of Bogatyr Coal LLP and expressed his confidence the initiative would get its continuation. He underlined the significance of the enterprise for economics and social sphere of Ekibastuz and the republic, as a whole.

General Director of Bogatyr Coal LLP Rustam Sansyzbayev addressed to the veterans with the words of sincere gratitude for their long-term self-sacrificing labor. On behalf of the labor collective of the partnership he congratulated them warmly on the forthcoming holiday and wished them good, prosperity, and long years of life. Preserving the continuity of generations he asked the elder honorable men (aksakals) their blessing for successful work on his new position and assured them they would try to do their best for successful development of the enterprise, contribute to the implementation of started projects and render all-side support to young specialists.

The honorable citizens of the town, such as Dmitry Melekhov, Yerken Aubakirov, Manat Syzdykov and other distinguished miners expressed their deep gratitude to the new first manager of Bogatyr Coal LLP for the attention paid and hospitable reception made and wished him success on such a responsible position.

The active members of the united youth movement of the company made the holiday event more beautiful with their musical performances. At the end of the event all the veterans were awarded with souvenirs from the enterprise administration.
