New General Director Appointed in Bogatyr Coal LLP

The decision on the management change of the coal mining company was made by the sole participant of the partnership.

Rustam Sansyzbayev was appointed to the position of General Director of Bogatyr Coal LLP by the resolution of the sole participant of Bogatyr Coal LLP - Forum Muider B.V. The new manager was introduced to the collective of the enterprise by Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy JSC Almasadam Satkaliyev. In the course of the meeting he marked the positive changes in the work of the coal mining enterprise managed by Murat Abdygulov and thanked him for his work as the company head.

Rustam Sansyzbayev has a higher technical education: he graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Kh.Dulati and Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev by the specialty "Development of Oil and Gas Deposits". He has a lot of work experience in production companies of the oil and gas sector.

About 40% of the total volume of power coal production in the Republic of Kazakhstan falls in the share of Bogatyr Coal LLP. In 2017 the coal production and sales exceeded 40 mm tenge, what is by 19% higher than the set up plan. At the end of February in Moscow the loan agreement was signed with Eurasian Development Bank on financing the cycle and flow technology project. The project implementation will increase the production capacity up to 50 mm tons, reduce the prime-cost and improve products quality, and also decrease environmental impact.
