The intermediary results summarized

In the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP the intermediary results were summarized on the measures on implementation of training projects of dual study of students from Ekibastuz Mining and Technical College named after K. Pshenbayev.

The introduction of the dual program has started in Kazakhstan by the assignment of the head of the state Nursultan Nazarbayev since 2012. On the basis of the company Training Center Bogatyr Coal LLP put dual study projects to the first evaluation tests in 2013 in cooperation with Ekibastuz Mining and Technical College named after K. Pshenbayev. In 2016 the coal enterprise concluded the contract with Ekibastuz Construction and Technical College.

The practice of work with these educational institutions on the use of dual study turned out to be a success. Particularly, the trainees from Ekibastuz Construction and Technical College were employed in the Food Service of Bogatyr Coal LLP after the graduation from the college.

This year the implementation of the dual program continued in cooperation with Ekibastuz Mining and Technical College named after K. Pshenbayev. About 40 students from the second course of this educational institution have their production training at Bogatyr coal mine and at Mining and Transportation Equipment Maintenance Plant on the following specialties: Welding, Open Cast Mining of Mineral Resources, and Excavator Operator.

By the results of the first stage of the training in the Training Center the meeting of the Training Center representatives and the college took place. By the head of the Training Center Lyubov Sharipova, the training took place in the normal mode. After the parties-participants of the dual study project give their characteristics to trainees the company management will consider the opportunity of employing the students, who showed good results. By this the enterprise itself will prepare the young generation of highly qualified specialists for the coal mining sector of the national economy.
