A Month of Job Safety Started

Over a period of many years Bogatyr Coal LLP has been supporting the initiatives of the International Labor Organization contributing to the development of the adopted management system in labor protection and industrial safety. Annually at the enterprise they hold months devoted to the International Labor Protection Day - April 28.

This year the month started from the video-presentation called Labor Protection Management System in Bogatyr Coal LLP from 1996 to 2017 for the heads of structural subdivisions - because it is them who are personally responsible for organization of the work process.

During the nearest weeks common employees and their children will join the month. The company management will award the most active production sections and shops, and also miners observing job safety rules inviolately. The collective of Bogatyr Coal LLP will undergo the inspection in the realm of rendering predoctor care to people injured at the operations.

The observance of job safety by children's eyes can be seen at the contest of children paintings. The children, whose parents devoted their lives to coal mines, will tell adults, with inherent spontaneity, on how to save their health and lives working at the big operations. The best works will be also awarded with monetary prizes.

By the head of Civil Defense and Labor Protection Department Igor Popovich, job safety at the operations will always be urgent as the main reason of accidents is a human factor.

In Bogatyr Coal LLP the employees are sure the conducted measures, along with the own Labor Protection Management System developed in 2013 including 10 "golden rules" of safety, will contribute to the further reduction of traumatism level and a number of accidents.
