The competition was a success!

On March 10 the amateurs of winter fishing from Bogatyr Coal LLP were storming the ice of the 9-th pump station of the Channel named after Satpayev. The team championship of Bogatyr Coal LLP in ice-fishing took place amongst 14 teams of the enterprise.

Despite the fact the weather was windless, what was prepossessing this fascinating event, the fish was not nibbling well. That is why, on that day the luck was not with all the participants.

In the team competition the best were the fishermen of Track-8 Section (captain - Romazan Kusanov). Their take weighted almost 3 kilos. The second place with the take of 1,870 grams was taken by Railroad Equipment Maintenance Department (captain - Vladimir Rozhok). The third place and the trophies weighing 1 kilo 850 grams – Technological Equipment Department (captain - Yerlan Aubakirov). The team of the enterprise veterans headed by the captain Gennadiy Kobylchenko and with the participation of two incomparable fisherwomen Liliya Soloviyova and Nadezhda Kubrina took the decent 4-th place having caught 1 kilo 310 grams of fish.

In the individual championship the victorious palms in three nominations went to Aleksandr Kravtsov from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department. He caught the first fish and the biggest fish, and his assortment of fish was the widest - perch, roach, and ruff. The smallest fish was caught by Aleksandr Petrenko from the Automobile Base. By the number of caught fish the leader was Aleksandr Yefremov from Bogatyr mine. The funniest fishermen's story was the story of Berik Alzhanov from Chief Power Engineer Service.

In the competition for drilling holes of various diameters in the ice the best were Pavel Zaitsev, Zhanat Baiterekov and Yuriy Geraskin from Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department.

All the prizewinners received diplomas and monetary gifts from the company management.
