The Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP received the certificate for the right to train and retrain specialists working in the area of industrial safety at dangerous production objects in metal mining and fuel and energy branches of industry.

The Training Center of the company receives permissive documents, which allow training and retraining employees in the area of industrial safety periodically beginning from 2000 for the period of one year or five years. The certificate issued this time will be valid through to 2023. Like in the previous years the colossal work performed by the training specialists preceded the receipt of this document. The experts evaluated it very highly.

The main direction of the activity of the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP is training and retraining managers and specialists of the partnership in working professions and qualification upgrade.

For the period of the activity of the Training Center the maneuverable corporate training system was created, which allows resolving issues of retraining employees, upgrading their professional level in short terms, qualitatively and efficiently. From 2016 the transparent integration training model has been introduced in the partnership, which expands the range of educational institutions directed at the development of professional competences of employees.

The introduction and development of the combined training method allowed increasing the quality and level of training of students, reducing terms of adaptation of students to the production process, increasing the level of interest and responsibility of subjects of educational processes. The developed norms, methodical recommendations and instructions allow arranging training processes directly at the operations in 157 working professions. In 2017 the methodical room of the Training Center developed 468 training programs together with chief specialists of the company.

The correspondence training system used at the enterprise allows implementing some training projects in the shortest terms. The projects are directed at studying the requirements of the Labor Code and other regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in labor safety and protection, electric safety, industrial and fire safety. Last year over 4,000 people passed training events in the correspondence training system successfully.

The important component in the corporate system is the organization and conduct of mandatory training of employees in labor safety and protection, industrial and fire safety, which is built on the principles of its continuity.

In its work the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP is guided by the acting legislative acts and regulatory documents in the area of industrial safety.
