The High Evaluation Given

On April 20, 2018 Bogatyr Coal LLP was visited by the guests from Pavlodar. The delegation of the representatives of labor protection services from about 40 enterprises of Pavlodar headed by Head of Pavlodar Region Labor Department Askar Kapanov visited the Training Center of the company and got acquainted with the organization of labor protection at the coal mining operations.
It is a paradox but in Pavlodar, by the words of the labor department's specialists, there is no training center for personnel training of such a high level as in the power capital. That is why, the route of the work journey has been chosen not randomly. In Ekibastuz they visited the town center of personnel training in one of the best training centers in the republic - the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP. Mostly, the visit purpose was the study of the work experience of these educational institutions in the area of production traumatism prevention.
At the overlook site of Bogatyr coal mine the guests were met by Chief Technical Manager of Civil Defense and Labor Protection Department of the coal mining enterprise Igor Popovich. He made the short presentation on the work done for the last years, what allowed significantly reducing a number of accidents at the operations.
The discussion of the topic of safety at work places was continued in the Training Center of the company. After the excursion in the classrooms and museum of the Labor Glory the Head of the company Training Center Lyubov Sharipova, within the frames of the round table, told the guests on the acting corporate system of training, including on the organization of mandatory training, giving instructions and check of knowledge on labor safety and protection, industrial and fire safety of the partnership employees.
For 18 years of work the management of the Training Center managed to build the integration model of training, which allowed attracting highly qualified employees of the partnership to participate in training events. The employees shared their knowledge and experience with other employees and increased their professional competency. In the company there is the principle of continuous training directed at constant increase of knowledge level of all personnel categories. Before letting a specialist perform some kind of works his/her level of qualification should be evaluated obligatorily.
The Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP performed the colossal work on creation of the mobile system of training directly at the operations, which was recognized at the republican level. In Senim-2010 contest held under the official support of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan called Soyuz Atameken, within the frames of the VI International Conference called Human Resources Management: Innovations in НR, the project of the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP called Training and Development of Personnel in Bogatyr Coal LLP was acknowledged to be one of the best.
The high evaluation of much of what had been seen and heard during the visit was given by the guests of Bogatyr Coal LLP, who were impressed very much. The head of Pavlodar Region Labor Department Askar Kapanov expressed his confidence that the representatives of Pavlodar enterprises would be able to apply the experience of the coal mining company at their operations.
The Head of Labor Protection and Job Safety of JSC Aluminiy Kazakhstana Meiram Iliyasov:
- I was impressed by the production volumes and pleasantly surprised by the company Training Center. Despite the immensity of the enterprise, there the system was created, which covered all the directions of activity of the large industrial object. The industrial safety, fire safety, production training – all that was integrated and was in interaction. Together with the top management and specialists of the training center of our company we will resolve the issue of introduction of a similar system at our own enterprises. As the priorities of any industrial object should always be the availability of literate specialists and reduction of the production traumatism level, what we saw today in Bogatyr Coal LLP.
