Labor Protection and Job Safety in Pencil

Over seventy works from almost fifty young participants of children painting contest, which took place in Bogatyr Coal LLP and was devoted to the International Labor Protection Day – such a quantity, as the members of the panel of judges acknowledge, became a pleasant surprise for them and at the same time it made the choice of prize-winners more complicated.

The children, whose parents work at the operations of heightened danger, reminded adults with their paintings that the observance of job safety at a workplace is very important. Because they wait for their fathers and mothers home safe and sound.

All the contest participants tried to do their best to depict the Job Safety topic with the help of pencils, paints and materials for appliqué work. Some of them painted 2-3 drawings.

The prize-winners were defined in two age categories. In the junior group from 5 to 8 years old the first place was taken by Vladimir Ponkratov, the second place was taken by Pavel Yemeliyanov. The third place was shared by Polina Naak and Sofiya Burambayeva.

The winner of the senior age group from 9 to 12 years old was Akhmetzhan Bekenov. The second place was awarded to Daniil Tsvik and Daniil Tomskiy, the third place went to Polina Golubnichnaya and Dariya Barykina.

The prizes will be presented to the children during the solemn meeting devoted to the International Labor Protection Day, which will be held in Bogatyr Coal LLP at the end of April. The rest participants of the contest will be awarded with promotional gifts.
