The expert of job safety-2018 denominated

In Bogatyr Coal LLP the name of the employee knowing normative documentation on labor safety and protection best of all was determined. The regular contest taken place on April 17 in the Training Center of Bogatyr Coal LLP within the frames of the month timed to the International Labor Protection Day revealed an expert.

The commodious lecture hall, desks and commission members at the judge bench - the contest entourage reminded an examination day in an educational institution. Some excitement of the participants was felt. This year there were over twenty participants. In fact all of them had to take an exam to check their knowledge of the most important aspects for safe work at the enterprise. A pen and a pencil, pieces of paper with tests of 30 questions and half an hour – this is their whole small armory for fulfillment of the main task of the contest.

After a lapse of time the commission members collected the tests, evaluated them and announced the results. One of the organizers of the contest and the commission member pluralistically Svetlana Lazarenko, Chief Specialist of Labor Safety and Protection Service of Civil Defense and Labor Protection Department told that the prize-winners had been selected by a number of points. In disputable moments the time of fulfillment of tasks was taken into account.

Excavator Operator from Bogatyr coal mine Vladislav Sartakov, Electric Repairman on Maintenance of Substations from Chief Power Engineer Service Valentina Ustimenko and Laboratory Technician from Technical Direction Zaure Tuleubayeva scored 28 points each. In that case time became a determining factor. This brought Vladislav the rank of the best employee-expert of normative documentation on labor safety and protection-2018. Valentina Ustimenko took the second place, Zaure Tuleubayeva was the third one.

Valentina Ustimenko, the multiple prize-winner of similar contests of the local and town levels, beginning  from 2013, shared her impressions:

- The questions in the tests were not complicated for those, who know their work well. They touched issues on fire safety, first medical aid treatment and other moments, which everybody should know, who work at the operations, especially at such a large enterprise as ours.

At the end of the month at the solemn meeting the prize-winners will be awarded with monetary bonuses. The panel of judges made a decision on consolation prizes for those, who had demonstrated good results during the tests (25-26 points).
