The geologists from Bogatyr were congratulated on the holiday

On the eve of their professional holiday - Geologist's Day celebrated on the first Sunday of April - the Kazakhstani geologists got together in Karaganda. In Zhastar Alemi Palace of Youth of Karaganda State University the Forum of geologists took place, which was devoted to the 65-th anniversary of the University and the 60-th anniversary of the Polytechnic Institute.

Among the Forum participants there was Head of the State Institution called Tsentrkaznedra Interregional Department of Geology and Subsoil Use Committee, Candidate of Technical Science Azamat Shalabayev, acting Head of the State Institution "Department of Industry and Industrial and Innovative Development of Karaganda Region" Kairat Shormanbayev, Chief Engineer of Tsentrgeols'yomka LLP, Honorable Explorer Beibitshilik Izakov, and also other distinguished geologists of Kazakhstan.

In the course of the Forum the geologists, who achieved very high results in their occupation and made the significant contribution to the development of the geological branch and strengthening the mineral resources base of the country were awarded with various department awards. Among them there were the miners of Bogatyr Coal Partnership.

Acting Chief Geologist of Bogatyr coal mine Miras Amirkhanov received the letter of thanks from Chairman of Committee on Geology and Subsoil Use, Sector Geologist Nurbolat Kurmangaliyev was marked with the letter of thanks from Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Sector Geologist Assel Onalbekova received the letter of thanks from Akim of Karaganda Region.

After the end of the Forum among the teams of Committee on Geology and Subsoil Use of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tsentrgeols'yomka LLP, Tsentrkaznedra Interregional Department, Azimut geologiya Geologic-geophysical company, Kazgeologiya JSC, and the picked team of Karaganda State Technical University the friendly football match was held.
