General Director made the work trip to Bogatyr coal mine

General Director made the work trip to Bogatyr coal mine; he examined the production process of coal mining and familiarized himself with main technological procedures.

The visit started from going to the place of work of a bucket-wheel excavator and loading coal into rail cars. After that the work group consisting of heads of the subdivisions chaired by R.Sansyzbayev visited all the stages of the mining technology to the place of overburden removal and drilling and blasting coal crushing.

During the trip the most important issues were touched, which were urgent for the fulfillment of the production plans for 2018. In the course of the dialogue with the technical specialists the problems of the technological cycle were discussed, such as frequent breakages of machinery, and also timely procurement and quality of works performance by counteragents.

Along with the importance of achieving production parameters, General Director shared the opinion on the necessity of raising the job safety at the dangerous operations and employees' health protection up to the proper level, and also by his vision of observing ecological norms and standards while coal mining. 

The work trip of the company head was finished by the visit to the administrative and household complex of Bogatyr coal mine; the social and household conditions of the production personnel were examined.

By the results of the trip some appropriate instructions were given.
