Best in Profession

The series of traditional professional mastership competitions called Best in Profession was launched in Bogatyr Coal LLP. It was opened by the railroad people in Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department.

The first depot of rolling stock, where the competition started, was Stepnaya. The specialists from Stepnaya, Oktyabrskaya, and Ekspluatatsiya rolling stock depots took part in it.

Acting Director of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department, Agybay Pokatayev, congratulated all the participants on Railroad People's Day and Miner's Day and wished them all the best.

On behalf of the trade union committee the competitors were congratulated by Yelizaveta Maininger, the member of the commission.

The theoretical part of the contest consisted of 50 questions with three answer options. The test time was not limited.

The second part of the competition was practical. The best among the TEM-2 locomotive operators were Denis Sokolov, Yerzhan Sadyrbayev, and Dinmukhammet Taskimbayev.

Among the young operators of OPE-1 traction units the first place was taken by Arman Serikov, the second place went to Vladimir Muzyka, and the third one was Yevgeny Repnikov.

The subgroup called Veterans (older than 29 years) among the OPE-1 locomotive operators Aleksandr Prokopenko took the first place, Vladislav Brandukov took the second place, and Aleksandr Golovlin took the third place.

The analogous competition took place last Friday in Udarnaya rolling stock depot at Severny Overburden Complex of Bogatyr Loading and Transportation Department. Ten operators of PE2M locomotives took part in it (five in each age category).

This depot is one of the oldest one in the company. The performance parameters are good.

Despite the nasty weather the competition was successful.

Among the young locomotive operators (younger than 30 years old) the convincing victory was won by Arman Romazanov, the second place was taken by Murat Akhmetsharipov, the third place went to Yevgeniy Zhitnikov.

Among the locomotive operators older than 30 years old the best one was Dmitry Makushin, the second place was taken by Vyacheslav Zorin, and the honorable third place went to Aidyn Shaimerdenov.

The winners of the competitions received cups, certificates of merit, monetary gifts, and souvenirs, and all the rest participants were presented consolation prizes.
