The parents-traffic offenders warned

Campaign
Last Saturday the Internal Affairs Department employees, jointly with the representatives of Nur Otan party and the active members of the youth organization of Bogatyr Coal LLP proclaimed the hunting for the careless parents-pedestrians ignoring traffic rules risking their children.
The campaign on discovering pedestrians ignoring the traffic rules was deployed by the participants of the joint raid in the busiest town sections of traffic: near Oner Culture Center, in the area of Maxi-Mall and Bogatyrsky store. By the way, it did not take long to wait for first traffic offenders. As it turned out, to shepherd children across the roadway in improper places in our town is a very popular and favorite thing to do among mother, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers. But it is rather dangerous. The road police employees state that the number of road traffic accidents by pedestrians’ fault is kiting from year to year. Mostly accident offenders themselves get serous injuries punishing themselves for own carelessness and hope for “maybe”. The most awful is that lives of smallest road traffic participants are lost on the roads more and more often.
Just in two hours of the raid its organizers put on a proper place, i.e. on a pedestrian crossing, over 25 parents with children crossing the road anywhere. The mothers and fathers acknowledged their fault and promised to improve. They were taken on trust, but, just in case, they were given reminders prepared by Nur Otan party members-Bogatyr Coal LLP employees. Thus, the town-forming enterprise made its contribution to the prevention of road traffic accidents and traumatism on the roads of Ekibastuz.
The traffic offenders got warnings for the first time. However the raid organizers informed them about the size of a penalty for similar behavior on the roads - 5 monthly calculated parameters – and asked to remember one very important detail: children always follow example of their parents. As the English proverb says: “Do not bring up children, they will be like you anyway. Bring up yourselves.”
