Shchukin Viktor Konstantinovich – General Director

Education:  Karaganda Polytechnic Institute awarded with the Labor Red Banner Award, the specialties – mining engineer-economist and mining engineer-technologist, post-graduate course.

Labor activity:  he started to work in 1977 at the Irtysh polymetallic combine, first as the mine rate-setter, then as head of scientific labor organization bureau. Beginning from 1981 he worked at the mine named after Kuzembaev of the Production Association Karagandaugol – first as the mine foreman, head of mining works on development and major construction, deputy director for economics. Later, beginning from 1989 he worked as Deputy Director for Economics of the Production Association Karagandaugol. From 1994 he was the head of Rosinvestugol, Rosuglesbyt, Transamurinvest, since 2007 he worked as Director for Coal Business of the United Company Russian Aluminum, Moscow.

He has the academic degree of Doctor of Economic Science.

Tazhenova Zhulduzay Akhmetovna – Chief Financial Officer, the status of the First Deputy General Director

 Akhmetov Suyundik Talgatovich – Director for Coal Sales and Markets

Education: the Kazakh Public Technical Institute by the Industrial and Civil Engineering specialty; the Ekibastuz Mining Secondary School by the Opencast Mining of Mineral Resources specialty.

Labor activity:  For 14 years he was engaged in the activities connected with mining production management at the Ekibastuzugol union.

In 1978 he started as an electrician at Severny mine. From 1980 he was a mining foreman at Stepnoy, Severny and Maikubensky mines. From 1988 he was a senior shift attendant of the production service at Maikubensky mine.

He enjoys a 15-year experience at executive positions in the coal sales system. From 1994 first he was Deputy Head of the Department for Coal Sales, and then he became Head of the Department for Marketing and Sales. Since 2000 on he has been Director for Coal Sales and Markets.

Awards:  the State Award – the Medal devoted to 10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Rank of the Honorary Employee of the Coal Industry; the Miner’s Glory Badge of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degrees.

Rakhmangulov Erken Zhunusovich – Director for Personnel and Social Policy
